Another Goal for the Welsh against us.
So what’s happening? where have we gone wrong? I’ll shove my two penneth’s worth in, without a midfield our defence is under increasing pressure every time. With the exception of Derek Niven who try’s his heart out every time. His teammates Mark Hudson,Mark Innes and Mark Allott are not good enough for this division. Let’s look at Hudson who will soon be on his way (rumour has it Darlington) as he hasn’t signed his contract and the his ambition appears to be a move back to the North-East. Well he’s not good enough for Middlesbrough anymore definitely not Newcastle or Sunderland and even Hartlepool so that leaves Darlo who have a stadium for 27000 people and only 4000 decide to grace it every other weekend.

Next up is Innes who when he first came on-loan from Oldham was excellent he was quick and thoughtful but has suffered from injuries which have limited his pace and he picked up another injury yesterday expect him to be released at the end of the season. And last but no means least Allott who is a failed striker now shoved into right midfield to occupy a place I had my doubts before and they are horribly resurfacing again. We badly missed Sammy Clingan who’s gone back to Wolves. Mark Hudson was booed and jeered when he went off the field yesterday I thought that was disgusting by our “Supporters” maybe his not signing the contract announcement was a bit of public relations disaster by the club. He hasn’t played well for some time now whoever being humiliated like that is unfair.

Where do we go from here? Don’t know really we can get stuffed live on telly against Bristol City on Friday if we want or we could go there and attempt a positive reaction, Wrexham had been stuffed at home before they played us so it’s not impossible.

Also a goal from our strikers would be nice Debolla can’t hit a barn door, N’toya has gone off the boil the Chief has never been prolific and Folan who for me is our best striker try’s his best but doesn’t get the service from our rubbish midfield. At least the signing of Fowler from Arsenal is positive news although quite why he want’s to come here I really don’t know.
