The Sunday Review

Didn't have to do much to beat us.
A three nil defeat is never good and yesterday's was not good. I don't know how we can lift ourselves away from home, maybe if we start to wear the home strip unless their's an obvious clash to imitate a home game as much as we can. Back to yesterday's game for the first twenty minutes we played OK with one upfront making three when in possession of the ball we created little opportunities but kept the ball well. Walsall score against the run of play and the ol' Panic Button get's it's first airing. When are we going to learn that sometimes during games you go one nil down to a good goal the heads then drop and we might as well kiss the game goodbye. Walsall's second came from a quick free kick with the mecurial Merson at the heart of it, so another defensive error. Mcfarland has to do something about these away performances it's getting beyond a joke scenario, many people are spending more money travelling and getting no return, Mmm Bristol away anyone live on Sky it's like lambs to the slaughter at the minute we've never won in the league in Bristol ever! Mind you it's not all doom and gloom we could have lost 5-1 at home to Tranmere which is something our next opponents Wrexham did. At least this game's at home.
