The Spireites will be without two key players this weekend for the home game against AFC Bournemouth due to suspension.
Captain Mark Allott was shown red at Huddersfield Town last weekend after receiving two yellow cards during the game, the second one on the stroke of full-time.
Defender Reuben Hazell is also suspended for one game after accumulating five yellow cards during the season so far.
Despite this double whammy, Chesterfield's disciplinary record this season is amongst the best three clubs in the division.
