The Spireites fielded several changes to the first team and some fringe players got their chance to impress. In came Aaron Downes, Gareth Davies and Adam Smith with Youth Team player Michael Fox (a player with immense talent my spies tell me) on the bench.
Overall the Silkmen deserved the victory and we can't have too many complaints once again though our discipline is questionable with Campbell-Ryce picking up his fourth booking for diving and is now one away from a suspension, not what you require from an on loan player especially one who is on monthly terms.
Mark Debolla came on as substitute and smacked the ball against the post but that's all, Debolla is getting closer to the goal which I know will turn his Chesterfield career.
