The Chesterfield Boss Roy Mcfarland has been given a two match ban and a £350 fine for comments made to the referee against Hull City at Saltergate last month.
Mcfarland was sent to the stands after the fourth official reported the ex-Torquay boss to referee Fred Graham.
Several curious decisions from the referee during the evening were evident though, it has resulted in the FA questioning Mr Graham's officiating. On the evening Five Spireite players were booked and Derek Niven was sent off, although Niven's sending off was just about the only decision that was correct.
Fred Graham has recieved extra training from his coach former premiership referee Gary Willard and his situation will be reviewed at the end of the season.
Mcfarland said today on the official website "I am very disappointed at the outcome and can't believe that after 23 years of management I'm subject to a touchline ban".

Mcfarland will be in the stands for the Home game against Bournemouth and the trip to Blackpool.

Two Match ban and a pointless fine.
