Chesterfield boss John Sheridan wants consistency from his side following Saturday's 4-0 win over Hereford. Sheridan was pleased with the three points and four goals but insisted he is focused on ironing out sloppy mistakes. Hereford had a chance to get back into the game at 2-0 down when they hit the post and then had a penalty saved. Sheridan told the Sheffield Star: "After the penalty save we played well and really dominated the game. But we should never have got into the position we got into when they had a chance to get back into the game. "I want to be saying 'well done' a lot to them. I don't want to be saying 'well done' to them one week then ask 'why are you doing this?' the next week. "I want us to be a consistent side, I won't let any of them take a step backwards. Even when we're 4-0 up and get sloppy, I'll be on their case, I just want us to do the right things."
