Chesterfield boss John Sheridan was delighted with his wide men after a 2-1 win over Lincoln lifted the Spireites into the play-off places. Dominic Green scored his first goal for the club with a spectacular strike after 19 minute, before turning provider to set-up Barry Conlon for the 50th-minute winner. Fellow winger Adam Rundle shined on his Spireites debut down the other flank, and Sheridan said: "We put plenty of balls into the box and there was some great deliveries from Adam and Dominic. "If you keep doing it eventually you get your reward and we did. "Dominic has got a great left foot and I said to him that he's been shooting in training and scoring goals and he needs to do that a bit more and have more belief and that was certainly a great strike. "I thought Adam did very well. He takes care of the ball, attacks people and he's very confident in what he does."
