HOLMES LOAN EXTENDED
Luton Town loanee midfielder Peter Holmes is set to stay at Saltergate for a further month.
The two clubs have agreed to an extension to his current one month's loan spell, which is due to end after this Saturday's away game at Millwall.
Chesterfield manager Roy McFarland said: "Peter Holmes has shown his quality so I am delighted he will be staying with us for a further month."
