Ian Evatt today signed for Championship side Queens Park Rangers in deal worth to be around the £200000 mark. Captain Evatt has been a lynchpin of the sides defence in the last two seasons and is a big loss to the side.

Evatt signed from Derby County two years ago started as a holding midfielder but manager Roy Mcfarland quickly moved him to defence when his fitness improved.

The deal is worth £150000 upfront with a further £50000 based on appearances with a sell on clause included.
