Colchester United and us were surprise packages, as the two lowest supported teams we were expected to struggle, but the U's have taken the mantle of underdogs and used it to their advantage. Twice this season they have won at least eight games on the trot and they are currently keeping a place in the play offs where they have been for most of the season.

We have ended the bad run of five defeats with a point at Barnsley and about time too for our young side. Folan is likely to be missing on saturday after picking up another injury so the Chief and Larkin upfront is the combo I would use.

Colchester Squad: Davision, Baldwin, Brown, Chilvers, Duguid, Halford, Danns, Watson, Yeates, Iwelumo, Clarke, Izzet, Gerken, White, Richards, Vernon, Thorpe.

Colchester Last Six: WDDDLW

Our Side: Roche, Picken, Bailey, O'Hare, Kovacs, Heath, Niven, Allott, Allison, Larkin, Hall, Davies, Downes, Smith, Foyle, Beckwith, O'Hara, Picken, Hurst, Jackson, Lowry.

Injured: Blatherwick, Nicholson, Folan, Hazell.
On Loan: N'Toya (Oxford United)

U's at Us Last Five:

04/05 D1 W 2-1 N'Toya (2)
03/04 D1 L 1-2 Hurst
02/03 D1 L 0-4
01/02 D1 L 3-6 Willis,Beckett,Payne
99/00 D1 L 0-1

Looking at that we have an appalling record at home to Colchester in recent times, money's on a draw on saturday.
