Hereford midfielder O'Neil Thompson is struggling with groin and heel injuries and will not be fit to play.
Bulls boss Simon Davey has no other injury concerns, with Kenny Lunt set to deputise for Thompson.
Hereford United manager Simon Davey told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "They've had a decent start and we've had a decent start but they've won their home game and we have done it the other way around.
"They have got a decent squad there including Jack Lester as a striker who guarantees 20 goals every season you know they have an attack force you have to be wary of.
"But he has got to look at our clean sheets and he will have a back four, goalkeeper and team of players that is ready and raring to stop him."
