The Spireites had much the better of the first half with Jordan hardly troubled at all and it wasn't a surprise when a ball from Paul Shaw allowed Jackson to fire home the opener and following a delightful cross from Lowry on the right hand side Jackson headed in the second.
Second half we had a variety of changes with players coming back on and off due to injuries but the Spireites went 3 up within a matter of seconds and iot was a former Chesterfield reserve player Nathan Winder with an own goal following a cross from Colin Larkin which was intended for Paul Hall.
Paul Shaw got the fourth with a low drive which was quickly followed by a fifth for Colin Larkin after a cross from Paul Hall.
Former Spireite Michael Fox volleyed following a cross from the right which went through Jordans legs and Hucknall got a consolation. 5-1.
Saturday the Spireites bandwagon went to Chester to face the League Two side and completed a further victory with goals in the second half from Mark Allott and Paul Hall.
Next up Aston Villa at Saltergate on Wednesday Night.
