Reserves lose out to the Sky Blues

The Reserve team played at Saltergate on Monday afternoon. They faced Championship second string Coventry City. The Spireites fielded a side with players looking for full fitness and those fighting for a first team place, those included Adam Smith who has been out injured and Tcham N'Toya who is looking for a starting place in the first team squad.
The Final Result went against the Spireites with a narrow 2-1 victory for City with a goal by N'Toya but according to Spireites assistant manager Lee Richardson we played very well in a game we could have won.
