Important Match tonight just if anything to see how the rest of the season is going to pan out. We have Monday Nights SKY game to contend with as well against Hereford United and it reminds me of a favourite period when we played Darlington, Hereford & Bury in 84-85 championship winning season and we won all three games and we leap frogged the other sides and went top.
The pitch is very damp but surprisingly hard and also it looks in fantastic condition.
The Messiah returns at the Toon, I remember when he left, I was sat on a Bus going from the Toon City Centre to Heaton where I lived at the time. It was announced on the Bus by the Depot that "I repeat he's gone Keegan has resigned". Such is the passion in Newcastle they even announce Managers have departed on Buses.
