Disappointed but not Disheartened Blog

When you play the top of the table you expect to try to match them and compete as much as you can, I felt we did just that however they were in the end I feel just toying with us. We gave MK too much respect as the League Leaders and in effect gave them the first goal after switching off from the left.
We fought back into the game and eventually eqialised through a super strike from Jamie Lowry, but then we committed the cardinal sin of non-concentration after you have just scored (I'm sure the Pope has one of these written down somewhere) and we were punished.

We huffed and puffed but Dons stayed firm and we eventually ran out of ideas in fact they could have made it 3-1. We never really had enough to hurt them and I felt that from the off, whilst we played well in the first half we still went in 1-0 down and thats something that has happened on too many occasions this season.

The Fact of the matter is Rotherham is a must win game to keep the Wembley hops alive, I would rule out the option of automatic I feel there are three better teams out there than us. MK Dons,Peterborough, Rotherham & Stockport have impressed me and out of that I thought that MK were the worst but they did the bizzo and took the revenge naturally.

Well I won't be at Rotherham on Saturday, I shall be in sunnier climbs however I will be keeping tabs on the score and checking the MB for rogue Miller fans who happen to infiltrate the board, be nice to them they are having a hard time of it just lately.

Ta Ta.
