Youth Team News
Last updated : 11 April 2006 By Paul Fisher
The Junior Spireites drew their last game at Saltergate with Lincoln City 1-1. This leaves the Youth Team with only a point required for the North East & Midlands Conference Championship as they are five points in front of their nearest rivals with two games to play.
Another positive note, Jamie Jackson and Jamie Lowry have been offered and accepted two year contracts, Jackson (Kevin Davies' half brother) is a striker who has just completed his three year apprenticeship, Lowry is a central defender who is comfortable on the ball.
News is awaiting for Ashley Foyle who made is first team bow at Swindon the other week.
